On December 23, 2025, a working meeting with representatives of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Russian Federation was held at the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation.
On the Chinese side, Counselor Zhang Wei and Second Secretary for Science and Technology Affairs Zhang Wenbin took part. The Russian side was represented by CEO of the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation Dmitriy Protasovskiy and Head of the China Department Yulia Soina.
During the meeting, colleagues discussed the potential for developing Russian‑Chinese scientific and technical cooperation, including on the basis of the resources and infrastructure of the Russian House for International Scientific and Technical Cooperation as an organization that for several decades has been ensuring the development of Russia’s international scientific and technical relations with foreign countries.
