Representatives of the RH ISTC participated in 3rd Meeting of the Work Group for creation of a road map and discuss potential cooperation with member States on the joint IT-Platform
On November 12, 2025, the third meeting of the working group for creation of a road map and discuss potential cooperation with member States on the joint IT-Platform was held, dedicated to the development of the Asia and Pacific Technology Transfer Platform (APTTP). The platform is being created based on the platform solutions of the R&D complex "Complex Systems."
APTTP is a tool to support and facilitate technology transfer and innovation interaction among countries in the region.
From APCTT, the meeting participants included Mr. Soohyung Kim, Coordinator for Economic Affairs, Sona Debnath, Programme Assistant, and Pankaj Kumar Shrivastav, Programme Manager.
The Russian delegation was represented by Anastasia Ryabukhina, Head of the Center for International Projects and Initiatives, Coordinator for Interaction with UN ESCAP; Sergey Kasyanov, Head of the International Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer; Elizaveta Soloninchenkova, Public Relations Coordinator; and Olga Musikhina, Assistant to the General Director of RH ISTC.
During the meeting, the results of a survey on the vision for the platform’s development and its role in the Asia-Pacific region among national scientific and research agencies, relevant ministries and departments, academic and innovation institutions, as well as private companies from 10 Asia-Pacific countries, were presented.
Additionally, survey participants approved the platform concept as a digital tool and repository of best practices and experiences of countries in conducting comprehensive scientific and technical cooperation, facilitating the search for technology proposals and requests tailored to specific countries, advancing scientific and technical cooperation and unlocking collaboration potential, as well as knowledge sharing.
The technical features of the platform were presented by Sergey Kasyanov, who paid particular attention to the modules of the future platform. The most demanded modules were matching technology proposals and requests, AI chatbot support, assessment of technology readiness level (TRL), and market research tools. All countries supported automated matching and notifications, integration with national NTP systems, as well as ensuring a multilingual and user-friendly interface.
Anastasia Ryabukhina presented the platform interface and examples of information display for users, emphasizing the importance of accessibility and ease of information viewing on APTTP.
Following the meeting, proposals were made for further development of the project, and a list of issues requiring additional work was compiled.
