An impressive and creative event – a Gala-dinner dedicated to Russian culture and traditions – was held at the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation. The Gala-dinner was a part of events organized by the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation (RH ISTC) under the auspices of APCTT UN ESCAP. Representatives from more than 13 countries of the Asia-Pacific region were invited to the event, where they immersed themselves in the authentic aesthetics of Russian culture, tried traditional Russian cuisine and enjoyed musical performances.
At the beginning of the evening Dmitry Protasovsky, CEO of RH ISTC, addressed the participants: “Today we are witnessing a unique event and the development of our friendship. It can truly be said that we are now part of one family, one House.”

Preeti Soni, Head of APCTT, thanked the event organizers for the warm and welcoming hosting, noting the generosity of the Russian soul and emphasizing that APCTT UN ESCAP participants have become part of the family of the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation.
“We wish the participants of the event a true enjoyment of Russian culture and a sense of the beauty of the Russian soul,” said Igor Fedorov, vice-president of RH ISTC.
The musical program of the event consisted of iconic pieces, allowing attendees to touch and immerse themselves in the secret depths of the Russian soul. Guests enjoyed live accordion, balalaika, and other folk instruments.
The next day, the guests visited the historic center of Moscow, where they saw the famous Red Square, explored the architectural landmark of the GUM department store and admired the majestic building of the Bolshoi Theatre.
