The Head of APCTT UN ESCAP visited the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation

On December 2, 2025 the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation (RH ISTC) hosted a delegation of representatives from the Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology (APCTT) UN ESCAP. The aim of the visit is to expand interaction between two organizations and to explore opportunities for productive collaboration in the field of scientific and technical exchange and international cooperation.

From APCTT UN ESCAP Dr. Preeti Soni, Head of APCTT, Kim Soohyung, Economic affairs officer, Pankaj Kumar Shrivastav, Programme management officer and Satyabrata Sahu, APCTT coordinator attended the event.

RH ISTC was represented by Dmitry Protasovsky, CEO of RH ISTC, Anastasia Ryabukhina, Head of the Center of the International Projects and Initiatives and Sergey Kasyanov, Head of the International Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer.

RH ISTC representatives presented a detailed overview of RH ISTC activities, its achievements in international cooperation, and its development prospects. A significant portion of the meeting was devoted to discussing the potential for cooperation between two organizations. Representatives from both sides exchanged experiences, discussed current trends and opportunities in technology transfer, scientific exchange, and strengthening ties between Russia and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.

As part of their visit, the guests were given a detailed tour of RH ISTC building, during which the delegation members became familiar with RH ISTC infrastructure and resources.
