CEO of RH ISTC, Deputy Chairman of the Central Council of the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators (VOIR), Chairman of the VOIR Council for International Activities Dmitriy Protasovskiy spoke at the meeting-seminar of heads of regional organizations – members of the Central Council of VOIR, which took place on January 24, 2026, in Moscow.
In his speech, the Chairman of the VOIR Council for International Activities noted that «the main task of VOIR is to form a correct perception of Russia as an innovative power». The activities of the Council are aimed at defining and developing the priority areas of VOIR’s international activities, forming a professional community in the field of international scientific and technical cooperation in the areas of science, technology, invention, and rationalization, as well as promoting Russian inventive and rationalization activity abroad.

In the first quarter of 2026, the next meeting of the VOIR Council for International Activities is planned, at which the results of 2025 will be summed up and the Development Plan for 2026 will be discussed and approved.
