CEO of the RH ISTC Dmitry Protasovsky gave a speech at the International Forum Russia – Democratic Republic of the Congo

On June 12, 2026, the International Forum Russia – Democratic Republic of the Congo was held at the State Public Library of Science and Technology of Russia.

Dmitry Protasovsky presented the experience of the Russian House regarding the organization of cooperation with the Democratic Republic of the Congo at the opening ceremony of the Forum.

In his speech Dmitry Protasovsky introduced the experience of the RH ISTC in organizing international scientific and technical projects and technology transfer, highlighting the importance of international cooperation for developing innovative solutions and sharing advanced knowledge.

“The Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation is a platform that connects universities, scientific centers, high-tech companies and foreign partners around specific projects. At the RH ISTC we practice an innovative approach based on building long-term cooperation corridors. We create programs that are approved by the participants from different sides, forming a strong foundation for joint initiatives. The RH ISTC has launched a presentation format on its platform for the partner countries, in which the member country presents its unique cooperation opportunities. Such a format not only fosters mutual ties, but also helps to achieve specific practical results.”
