RH ISTC held a meeting with a Delegation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

On May 14, 2026, the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation (RH ISTC) held a working meeting with a delegation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The meeting was dedicated to discussing the prospects for Russian-Vietnamese cooperation in science and technology, as well as the development of collaboration in the field of agricultural technologies.

RH ISTC was represented by Dmitry Protasovsky, CEO of RH ISTC, Anastasia Ryabukhina, Head of the Center of the International Projects and Initiatives and Sergey Kasyanov, Head of the International Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer.

The Vietnamese delegation included a representative of the Vietnam Automation Association in the Russian Federation; Nguyen Mai Hong, representative of the COSTAS Center for the Application of Science, Technology and Startups in the Russian Federation; the Russian representative of V-Exim Solutions; Trinh Van Nhiem, General Director of Far Eastern Investments JSC; Mr. Cao Xuan Hong, General Director of Kagri Agrarian Group JSC; and Lai The Thanh, Director for Professional Activities and Client Relations at Kagri Agrarian Group JSC.

During the meeting, the parties reviewed opportunities for the application of advanced agricultural technologies, including digital solutions and unmanned aerial systems in agriculture, and considered potential joint projects in crop production and agricultural land monitoring.

Particular attention was given to the role of the Russian-Vietnamese Scientific, Technical and Innovation Platform, being developed in cooperation with RC Complex Systems, as an effective mechanism for partner identification, technology exchange, and support of joint initiatives in priority areas, including agrotechnology, automation, and the implementation of innovations in the agro-industrial sector.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue substantive work on the proposals discussed and to compile a list of prospective joint projects.
