RH ISTC and APCTT discussed Digital Platform with delegation from the Republic of Indonesia
Representatives of the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation (RH ISTC) and the Asia-Pacific Centre for Technology Transfer (APCTT) held a working meeting with a delegation from the Republic of Indonesia on September 15, 2025.
During the event, the Russian side presented the concept of Asia and Pacific Technology Transfer Platform (APTTP), being developed in collaboration with RC «Complex Systems», for technology transfer, partner search, and organization cataloging. The platform is designed for government structures, international organizations, scientific institutions, industrial experts, and private business, featuring sections for catalogs of technological requests and offers, scientific and innovative organizations, and specialized experts.
The Indonesian delegation raised questions regarding data verification and placement, participant validation processes, financial sustainability, and information security. Special attention was given to adapting the platform to the national specificities of participating countries and the mechanics of integrating the expert community.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed on the necessity of bilateral consultations before forming working groups, as well as on the exchange of technical documentation. All proposals and questions will be taken into account when preparing the final report and roadmap for the next Governing Council session in December 2025, which will be held in Moscow.
