Association “Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation” (RD ISTC) unites Russian and foreign companies, facilitates the development and introduction of new technologies in production; promotes the investment of financial resources in the scientific, technical and production spheres of national economies.
The Association was established on June 5, 1992.
The founders of the Association of the MNTS RD: the Ministry of Science of the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Property of the Russian Federation, the Russian Foundation for Fundamental Research.
Members of the Association can be any interested legal entities, Russian or foreign. Membership in the association is voluntary.
The activity of the Association of the MNTS RD regularly receives high marks from ministries, departments and other state and non-state organizations and enterprises of the Russian Federation and foreign countries: the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, etc. The Association was awarded the status of an exclusive agent of the Ministry of Industry, Science and Technology of Russia.
The association is a member of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the European Union of Inventors (AEI), the Institute of Foreign Trade of Italy (ICE), the Guild of Exhibition and Fair Organizations of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI). In addition, the MNTS RD represents the Russian Federation in the Asia-Pacific Center for Transfer of Technology (ARSTT), which operates under the auspices of the United Nations, is the founder of the Russian-Chinese consortium “Center for Science and High Technologies”, is a member of the International Federation of Inventive Associations (IFIA) has cooperation agreements with the institutes of Italy (ICE), South Korea (KIMM) and Germany.
The MNTS RD regularly organizes joint Russian expositions at international exhibitions in Switzerland, Germany, South Korea, Brazil, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries represented under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for Science and Innovation.
